Kent County Council (KCC) have launched a Bus Feedback Portal. It includes information about how to make a formal complaint or compliment about bus services in Kent and who to contact in the event that bus users experience problems.
It also includes a feedback form for residents to let KCC know about their experiences of using buses and the quality of service provided. Examples include:-
— New bus service request
— Young Persons Travel Pass
— 16+ Travel Card
— Home to School Transport
— Old Age or Disabled Persons Bus Pass
— Poor facilities or lack of information at a bus stop
— Leave a positive compliment.
KCC will use the feedback to get a greater understanding of what types of problems bus users experience and to spot trends about the areas or services as they arise. They will use this information to inform the conversations that KCC have with bus operators and help improve things for bus users.
